We deliver across England, Wales & Ireland. We do not currently deliver furniture to Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Room-of-Choice Service

Our two-person delivery team will bring your bed to any room on the ground floor or upper floors (subject to access). They will unpack, assemble, and position your bed exactly where you want it.

Delivery Date Booking

Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. Available dates start from 7 days after your order is confirmed. You'll receive SMS and email tracking updates on the day of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days to cancel standard orders from the day after delivery. Items must be returned in resalable condition. Bespoke and custom fabric orders may have different terms.

Warranty

24-month manufacturer warranty on all bed frames
Covers structural defects and mechanism failures
Does not cover normal wear, fabric staining, or misuse
