Pocket Sprung Mattresses

Four pocket-sprung mattresses: 1000, 2000 and 3000 sprung counts, plus a 2000 sprung mattress with a cool-gel layer. All five UK sizes from single to super king. Lead time on these is 7 days — shorter than the bed frames. They are sold without a frame.

What pocket sprung means here
Each named mattress uses pocket springs rather than a single open-coil unit. The 1000, 2000 and 3000 labels are the sprung counts in the product names; they are not a hardness rating on their own. The cool-gel model is the 2000 sprung mattress with an extra comfort layer. There is a separate hybrid mattress that combines foam and springs, listed on its own page.
Choose the same nominal size as the bed frame: a 5ft king mattress on a 5ft frame. Frame outer measurements are larger than the mattress size, so do not order by the frame’s inch width.
Pairing with a Bedwick frame
Slatted and solid bases are both offered on the frames. A pocket-sprung mattress is the usual partner for either. If you have chosen ottoman storage, check the mattress weight against how easily you want the lid to lift — heavier, deeper mattresses take more effort on a gas-lift base.
Pillow-top mattresses sit in the same catalogue but are tagged separately, so they do not appear in this pocket-sprung list.
Frequently asked questions
What sprung counts do you sell?
The pocket-sprung line is named as 1000, 2000 and 3000, with an additional 2000 sprung mattress that includes a cool-gel layer.
Are these sold with a bed frame?
No. Mattresses and frames are listed separately. Match the mattress size to the frame size you order.
How long do they take?
Product data lists a 7-day lead time on these mattresses, which is shorter than the 14-day figure used on the bed frames.
